Course Outline
This course is in compliance with EASA EC 2042/03 AMC 145.A.30(e) and
145.B.10(3).
The participant will acquire knowledge necessary to perform
maintenance tasks on fuel tank safety relevant items in a safe way. It
provides detailed knowledge of the history and the reason why SFAR88
has been developed, the risks of a fuel tank explosion, safe handling
of CDCCL Items in the relevant documentation and the newest
technologies and investigations to prevent fuel tank explosions.
Description:
Target Group
This training is mandatory for all maintenance personnel involved in
maintenance activities in accordance with AMC 145.A.30(e) and 145.B.10(3)

Prerequisite
Student must be able to read, write and communicate at an
understandable level in English language.

Examination
Closed book, multiple-choice examination type with 3 answers. Pass
mark is 75%.
