| Summary: This course is approved by the competent authority of Germany (Luftfahrt-Bundesamt/LBA) on behalf of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Course Outline This course is in compliance with EASA EC 2042/03 AMC 145.A.30(e) and 145.B.10(3). The participant will acquire knowledge necessary to perform maintenance tasks on fuel tank safety relevant items in a safe way. It provides detailed knowledge of the history and the reason why SFAR88 has been developed, the risks of a fuel tank explosion, safe handling of CDCCL Items in the relevant documentation and the newest technologies and investigations to prevent fuel tank explosions. |
